SPEC del [0.2]

All following atoms (until the next SPEC instruction) are considered to lie on special positions (for the purpose of automatic constraint generation) if they lie within del Angstroms of a special position. The coordinates of such an atom are also adjusted so that it lies exactly on the special position.
