Bob,
although the PDF database is not my every day bread, I support all what
was said by Cam Hubbard. It is still better to have the "R" patterns
included and slowly persuade code manufacturers of any generation to use
also these patterns, than to ignore plenty of accumulated information.
ICDD, like all manufacturers, is a little bit more conservative than a
common user may expect. However, they are doing their jobs also for us
and it should be our role to try to move them.
By the way, have you also met some people stating that "one experiment is
better than 100's of your bloody calculactions ?!"
