as far as I know, you should be able to just give FullProf the space
group symbol (trivial and full Hermann-Maugin symbols are accepted:
trivial: F D 3 M; full: F,2/D,3B,2/M ). FullProf will do the rest for you.
If you prefer the output of 192 Operations, there should exist a switch
in the first or second line of the input file.
See the manual for details. If you still have difficulties, write once
more, I have converted the manual into a more "readable" WinWord document.
