I am seeking information on the 'bandpass' or range of
wavelengths diffracted by pyrolitic graphite monochromators at
about 1.54 angstrom. I know it is wider than the K a 1,2
envelope and will pass a small amount of K beta.

A second, not unrelated, question is: is there a reference to
either measured or modelled data for the intensity versus
wavelength of a copper xray source at modest keV (30 to 40
keV) and takeoff (6 deg.). I recall seeing such a table (years
ago) for a chromium XRF tube for 'fundamental parameters' type
calculations.

Thanks in advance,
