If you mean the raw diffraction data files:

Two main options would be to use Nita Dragoe's Powder program
for Windows with data interconversion at:
http://www.hongo.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp:10080/~tdragoe/soft.html
http://www.dl.ac.uk/CCP/CCP14/ccp/web-mirrors/ndragoe/~tdragoe/soft.html

and/or

Mark Bowden's Convert for DOS:
http://www.ceramics.irl.cri.nz/Convert.htm

And or a combination if you strike any nuances in the software.
