Hello everyone.
I'm trying to get the size-strain data from a Rietveld refinement
with DBWS94SS and I'm having some problems. Which variables of the FWHM
I have to refine? It shows some message of the kind "Look at the U and
X values of the sample and the patern".
What I'm doing wrong?
