Hi all,

there are good news about BGMN:

The firm Seifert-FPM has done this job. Have a look at
http://www.roentgenseifert.com/news.htm
Seifert-FPM has developed the Autoquant surface for BGMN. Primary, it
is designed for quantitative analysis. A structure database for BGMN/Autoquant
is under development. Of course, one may add arbitrary new structures.

As I feel, the structure description language used by BGMN is more mighty than
every GUI may be. Therefore, it will take some more investigations/experience.
With such experience, one may decide for a good subset of the language, which
then can used in a GUI for structure description/refinement.
