At ECM 98 in Prague, Bill Clegg gave a talk where he threw up
a mathematical formula in this regards so you could get a
rough idea of what range of crystal size you could get
away with on a particular system.

>From memory, this took into account X-ray intensity, scattering
power/inorganic/organic, etc. I cannot find his abstract on
the ECM 98 site but his email address is:
