Hi,
Look in the directory \gsas\example. There you will find a number of
examples of iparm files including one for "conventional" x-ray
diffractometers.

know where to get this file in my Rigaku X-ray Powder Diffractometor. I can
only get a raw data file contains the powder diffraction patten. Should I
create this instrument parameter file myself? Then what format should
comply with? What's every term means? A sample file is preferred.
