[sdpd] New version of Overlap program for Processing Extracted Intensities.



There is a new version of Armel Le Bail's Overlap available
on the web that can now handle SirPow and EXPO HKL data 
(as well as fullprof and manually extracted intensity HKL data).

For those unfamiliar with the Overlap program: Overlap
takes in a list of powder extracted intensities and 
prepares it for possible structure solution by single Crystal
structure solution software.

This includes being able to output Fo's and FoSQ's,
setting the ESDs to more friendly values and elliminating
reflections that are too overlapping.
