[sdpd] Finalizing the SDPD Database

Hello,

The recent update of the SDPD Database was the occasion,
as usual every year, for people to see how it is incomplete.

Of course, any addition is welcome, and even expected.

Trying to identify all papers dealing with SDPD is not that
simple by using only some keyword combinations in
bibliography databases. Unfortunately, "SDPD" does not
appear in all abstracts, or "ab initio + powder data'"or etc.

Thanks for any submission of missing references.
