For those who are into Bond Valence calculations, and/or make
use of I. D. Brown's Bond Valence data, there is an 
update of the latest I. D. Brown (E-mail: idbrown...@mcmaster.ca) 
bond valence parameter CIF file on the web (both as the native
CIF file - or a zipped up cif file).
