[sdpd] Major COD update

Dear Crystallographers,

The Crystallography Open Database (COD) was considerably
updated :

- New and definite Web page : http://www.crystallography.net/
having an indubitable International character. Thanks to the
    Crystal Impact sponsor.

- Addition of 3725 CIFs from the American Mineralogist Crystal
Structure Database (thanks a lot !).

- Addition of 450 CIFs from the Laboratoire des Fluorures (Le Mans,
    France) (thanks a lot !).

- Improvement of the search web page proposing 4 powerful options.

The purpose of this project is to freely and easily share
scientific knowledge with the community in a non-profit way.
Structures may be found in the database that have not been
subjected to the peer-review process. For those who require
certified data, it is recommended that they use the ICSD or
CSD databases, which have thanksfully preserved
crystallographic interests for a long time.

We still wait for more CIF uploads. Donations (as above)
of the whole crystal structure productions from laboratories
would be a practicable and fast way to enlarge the COD content.
