[sdpd] STX:RIET:clay: Updated Gretep and Poudrix LMGP suite programs by Jean Laugier and Bernard Bochu

There are new bugfix updates of Gretep and Poudrix - part of the LMGP 
suite of programs by Jean Laugier and Bernard Bochu:

   Poudrix (calculate Synchrotron/Laboratory X-ray and Neutron Powder 
       Diffraction Patterns) 

   Gretep (Grenoble Thermal Ellipsoids Plot Program)

Bugs were found in the reading if CIF files with Gretep and Poudrix. 
These have been fixed. 

There was a problem in using Povray from Gretep: If the pvengine.exe was
not on the c: disk, Gretep could not find it. This has been fixed as well.
