[sdpd] Updated Chekcell (graphical powder indexing helper tool) by Jean Laugier and Bernard Bochu

A quickish post that there is a new bugfix update of Chekcell (graphical
powder indexing helper tool) by Jean Laugier and Bernard Bochu.  

For programs that generate over 10,000 trial solutions (like McMaille,
and I guess Crysfire on a happy day), Chekcell can not handle this in
a civilised manner.  (before this version, it would get a bit miffed
at all these trial cells and crash after loading the 10,000th cell)

Chekcell works to graphically evaluate cells generated with the 
Crysfire powder indexing suite by Robin Shirley and the McMaille
powder indexing software and can read their "summary" SUM and
CKM files.
