[sdpd] Indexing benchmarks updates

Hi,

Thanks to Robin Shirley who made a great job with Crysfire,
the indexing benchmark webpage was updated :

Results for individual indexing programs as embedded in
Crysfire are available as well :
http://www.cristal.org/uppw/benchmarks/Zkbm04.html

It remains to homogenize the default and manual modes
used with the individual programs ITO, TREOR, DICVOL and
McMaille (giving a global score of +9 if combined) and with
Crysfire (leading to a global score of +6). The Crysfire defaults
for these programs may supersede their own defaults.

These results emphasize the dangers of habitually using only
one program (particularly if listed with a low global score). The
benchmarks do not nominate one winner but suggest to combine
several programs if one expects some success. Conclude by
yourself : nearly all programs produce excellent results with
excellent data (synchrotron or good-resolution laboratory X-ray).

Still lacking (in spite of sollicitations to participate) are the 
contributions
from recent indexing programs like X-Cell (Accelrys) and SVD-Index
(Bruker), as well as the results from the latests versions of TREOR
(N-TREOR in EXPO) and DICVOL as modified for tolerating impurity lines.
