its possible to extract the cell parameters by
Rietveld analysis. 
Many free softwares are available for it. first we
have to obtain the xrd spectrum and the extract cell
parameters from it. it can be done with ease. then
doing rietveld analysis on the spectrum will give all
the lattice parameters.
