[sdpd] "Antispam" blocking

Several times recently, when posting a contribution to the sdpd list,
I've received the following message back from uol.com:

> Hi,
>
> You´ve just sent a message to hsalim...@uol.com.br In order to confirm the
> sent message, please click here
>
> This confirmation is necessary because hsalim...@uol.com.br uses Antispam
> UOL, a service that avoids unwanted messages like advertising,
> pornography, viruses, and spams.
>
> Other messages sent to hsalim...@uol.com.br won't need to be confirmed*.
> *If you receive another confirmation request, please ask
> hsalim...@uol.com.br to include you in his/her authorized e-mail list.

But if you *do* click on the hotspot as requested, you just get linked to
the Antispam UOL website, with everything in ?Brazilian and nothing
obvious to do there to indicate that you're not a spammer.

So I tried just exiting, on the assumption that just reaching the website
might be all that was needed, but sadly not so.

Nor is it the case that "other messages sent to hsalim...@uol.com.br won't
need to be confirmed", because it just keeps on happening.

So this is a request to hasalim...@uol.com.br to do whatever is necessary to
stop sdpd-list messages being bounced in this way. I wait to see whether
this too will be bounced, in which case I'm out of ideas and perhaps
Armel will intervene.
