[sdpd] RIET: SCHAKAL structure plotting software by Egbert Keller now freely available

The SCHAKAL structure plotting software (PC and UNIX) by Egbert
Keller has been transferred into the public domain and is now freely
available via the web:

For Structure data input SCHAKAL uses the following information and can 
handle the following file formats:

    * Cell parameters; atom names and coordinates
    * Space group symbol (conventional or non-conventional) or single 
         symmetry operations
    * Input defining a parallelepipedal or polyhedral section of a crystal 
         structure or a (hkl) "surface model".
    * Optional translation of SHELX, CSD, ICSD, PDB, and CIF data
