Fullprof is mainly a tool for :
       - structure factor extraction by the Le Bail method
       - structure refinement by the Rietveld method
It has also some Monte Carlo direct space built in
facilities.

But you will need other computer programs for
identification by search/match, indexing, Direct
or Patterson methods, direct space methods...
