There are a number of programs to convert XRD data into other
formats.

For starting with un-defined XRD formats that might be causing
read problems in Winplotr - Powder v4 by
Nita Dragoe can be good to use. Winplotr and Fullprof can
handle a wide variety of formats including GSAS and CPI.
