The Rietveld program you are using should have a facility to print out a correlation matrix between the refined parameters.

Dear All,

Recently from Rietveld refinement of XRD for nanocrystalline cubic ZrO2 samples, I got the values of Biso parameters for O atom a bit high (in the range 2.0 � 3.5). I have also got some oxygen deficiency in suuch samples (occupancy varies from 0.81 � 0.93). Now, as the B-valuees are a bit higher, l probably need to evaluate the correlation between B’s and the oxygen occupancy etc.; but don’t have any idea.
 
How can I find/ calculate the correlations?
