[sdpd] Topas dongle

Arnt,
My USB dongle that activates topas has stopped working.  (Which is to say, 
it lights up when I plug it into a USB port, but topas won't start, 
complaining of no answer from Network License Manager.)  Is there a way I 
can test if this is hardware vs. software issue?  Former seems more 
likely, but latter would be easier to fix.

If it is a hardware issue with my dongle, can I return it to you for 
exchange?
