I'm don't know the format for Fullprof, but Ralf W. Grosse-Kunstleve's SgInfo
routine, available at http://kristall.erdw.ethz.ch/sginfo/ will print out
lists of symmetry operators for any space group you input. The program can be
used right on the web or the executables can be downloaded.
