Rh/CeO2 catalyst

We have a Pt/CeO2 catalyst and another Rh/CeO2 catalyst. By High=20
Resolution Electron Microscopy (HREM) it can be seen metal particles in both=
=20
of them of about 3 nm. But by X-ray powder diffraction it is not possible to=
=20
see Rhodium diffraction peaks in any Rh/CeO2 catalysts. Peaks can be seen=20
instead in the Pt/CeO2 X-ray powder diagram.
Is there anyone than can be say to us some suggestions (we are=
lost=A1)
