Inputing data into GSAS

I have got a Phillips powder diffractometer data file (.udf format) and
need to input it into GSAS (Win 95 version). However it is in 8F8.0 format
as opposed to 10F6.0 which GSAS requires.
Does anyone know of any software which can reformat .udf files such that
they are suitable for inputing into GSAS?
