Bit of self citation here but going via:
List of PC (and Mac) Rietveld and Related Powder Diffraction Software
http://www.unige.ch/crystal/stxnews/riet/faq/progs/riet-pc.htm
then
User Friendly Powder XRD Data Inter-Conversion Software
http://www.unige.ch/crystal/stxnews/riet/faq/progs/r-conv.htm

You could try:

Convert for Windows by Nita Dragoe (if the ftp server is working) at:
ftp.minerals.csiro.au/pub/xtallography/convert

TPOSE by David Hay at:
ftp.minerals.csiro.au/pub/xtallography/david-hay-XRD-software

Or Convert for DOS by Mark Bowden:
http://www.ceramics.irl.cri.nz/Convert.htm
(This can convert the RD files to GSAS format).

There may also be others out there? Be wary that these programs canhandle DOS ASCII files (like the Philips UDF) but may strike problemswhen using the native Win95 ASCII format. To convert between the two, open up the ASCII file in Wordpad, then do File Save As,

You get the options of Text Document Text Document - MS DOS format

Would stay and waffle on more but a Friday lunch is calling. :-)

Cheers,

Lachlan.
