Few years ago, we were interested in the application of Rietveld Profile
refinement to the characterization of textured solid materials (or engineering
materials). It is necessary to know the crystallites orientation distribution
function(ODF) of the solid materials before you can use the Rietveld method
successfully. Following papers describe some of our experimental detais.
