<font size=3>The sugar from the ESRF coffee bar looks pure to me, from a
data set collected recently on BM16. There are microstructural aspects
though that make it hard to fit the peak shapes.<br>
The crystal structure is published in J. Appl Cryst. 24, 352,
(1991).<br>
