[sdpd] Philips X'Celerator data

Dear SDPD Mailing List Subscribers,

For those interested in comparison of data from various
powder diffraction in-laboratory systems, the "Low FWM and Rp"
web page was updated with some Philips X-celerator data provided by
Celeste Reiss (LaB6 SMR 660a and Al2O3 SRM 1976).

It is recommended to process to your own refinements with your
usual Rietveld program in order to make your own conclusions. The
results are presented by applying a standard approach with FULLPROF.

Some noticeable peak asymmetry may require special attention
in order to lower the Rp and Rwp reliabilities. Nothing unmanageable.
