[sdpd] McMaille for MacOS X

For the Mac aficionados, Christian Baerlocher has taken Carlo
Segre's Linux version of McMaille and has successfully compiled
and loaded it under MacOS X.  It seems to run okay.

First read the ReadMeMacOS.txt file explaining how to install and
run the program.
