[sdpd] RIET: Updated Crysfire powder indexing suite

There is a new version of the CRYSFIRE Powder Indexing Suite by Robin Shirley. 
This fixes a problem involving a "year 2004"/linkfile bug.

Crysfire can handle the powder indexing of small inorganics up
to proteins (using the "rescale" feature).  Tutorials are viewable

Crysfire also interlinks with the Chekcell graphical helper indexing tool
for Windows by Jean Laugier and Bernard Bochu.
