Some years ago was announced PDF-3 which would have
contained real powder diffraction patterns.

Still no trace of PDF-3 inside of the 2003-2004 ICDD catalog
of products.

About PDF-4/Full File, you can read "92011 experimental
entries (with fully digitized patterns)." Not having access to
PDF-4/Full File, may I ask if "fully digitized patterns" means
the real pattern or an artifact ?

Alternately, try Powbase at http://www.cristal.org/powbase/
Send your real powder patterns in Powbase (as CIF files if
you wish).
