[sdpd] lattice matching

Dear all:

In the literature, it's said beta-Ga2O3 (crystallizes in a monoclinic 
structure (C2/m) with a=12.214, b=3.0371, c=5.7981, beta=103.833) has good 
lattice matching with GaAs (a=5.65) and ZnO (a=3.2427, c=5.1948)

I wish you could be kindly explain me the matching orientations.
