Thanks for your kind reply. Am well aware that doing
Rietweld analysis is somewhat a tedious process. but
as far as a researcher is concerned the results are
promising and the rewards are much more than the pain
involved in it. Anyway these days rietweld analysis is
conidered to be a difficult task by many including the
specialists who were working in this field. Eventhough
am not a specialist i strongly advice Rietveld
analysis for analysing XrD data,  hope to hear from
you
