Dear Anoop,
you probably have to start from a good book on diffraction (Cullity or 
similar) and read carefully the texture (or preferred orientation part) 
plus the line broadening.
There was already a similar question (may be on the Rietveld list few 
weeks ago) about the low intensity, mainly due to the thickness (small 
scattering volume) and the broadening of the peak for the limited 
crystallized domain (lower than 100 nm).
The fact that for the film you are just getting the (111) is due to 
texture but reading some literature on thin films and texture it will 
be clear.
