[sdpd] When R lowers why mot Rp

Dear Prof Armel
         I am trying the Al2O3 data for charge density construction as
a prelude to my further studies in the same line. I am refining the
data using JANA2000 where I get R lowers down with appropriate
parameters but Rp remains higher at 32% and doesnt change much. What
could be the possible mistakes I have commited. Why do we get Uiso
negative? Kindly brief me on these.
