Mistakes are as numerous as stars in the sky...
But I am not astrologer for trying to guess which one
exactly you have, even without seeing your data...
Without chicken entrails I can't make prophecies...

The advice is to start from files working already. No
example files with Jana ? Hope your Al2O3 is not
the NIST 1976 standard reference material showing
extreme preferred orientation ??? Did you measured
the powder pattern by yourself ? What geometry ?
Good statistics or not (bad statistics may lead to such high
Rp) ?

Best regards,
