[sdpd] identifying the phase (amorphous to crystallize)

Dear All,

I am a very beginner in this field

I have some spectras of bulk metallic glass taken from ESRF ID11. the
spectra was taken as in situ experiment, sample is MgCuGd bulk metallic
glass heated untill fully crystallize. I could not identify the phase inside
the fully crystallize spectra (it must be multiphase). I have use some
databases (search match the spectra) that exist but still no good solution.
Phases like Mg2Cu, Cu2Mg may appears but could 90% justified. the main
problem is my intensity is very very huge, there are many missing and
shifted peaks. I use MAUD also for the quantitative analysis. Does anybody
could give suggestion ?

regards
AI
