Re: Computing School Prior to the Osaka 2008 meeting

After Sienna, I remember there being a discussion about a theme of something
like a crystallographic hackers school - sort of like

   "connecting crystallographic developers"

The main idea being for experienced crystallographic software developers
to discuss/teach their ideas to less experienced/new software developers.
But also the less experienced developers to give short presentations
on new ideas as well. (so it would not be a
standard teacher/student type school, though people newly interested
in software development would be welcome)

Lachlan

PS: It looks like I will be out of Email range for the rest of the
week due to co-presenting a workshop in Quebec.
