Is there some problem on location present mailing list at ILL? If not,
why do you wish to change it?
If someone wish to disscuss specific topics concerning rietveld
analysis in biological materials like rigid body clusters and etc.,
maybe a new bionet.rietveld is welcome.
But in my opinion it is not a good idea to create a new rietveld
mailing list at IUCr parallel to that existing at ILL, like a new
newsgroup if it is to be devoted to the problems discussed in s.t.x
and rieltveld_l.
