They would help if you can provide the reference and the CCDC
CIF deposit number. For that question without reference and
deposit number, they will not help... or am I wrong ?

Poor alternative : the COD www.crystallography.net
"Poor" because incomplete (now >31.000 entries, increasing
by >3000 per month), the remedy is that you send there your
own CIFs... thanks.
