[sdpd] CIF to calculated powder pattern

Hi,

Searching for an open code in FORTRAN able
to read a CIF (possibly multiple) and calculating
the corresponding powder pattern.

PS - Numbers of closed codes can do that :
CRYSCON, MERCURY, etc
but I need an open code in order to be able
to adapt it to the transformation of the CIFs
at PCOD (and why not COD) for building
files accepted by search-match software for
identification purposes.
